Coverage will depend on the individual's specific benefits within their insurance plan and eligibility at the time of service. We recommend calling the Member Services number on the back of your insurance card to check your specific plan benefits and cost information for Outpatient Speech Therapy.
No Show Policy: $50.00 will be charged for any no-show appointments, or appointments cancelled <24 hours of the appointment time.
